2004 LJ with a 2008 90K 5.7 HEMI Conversion with a 545RFE Automatic Transmission and Air Conditioning. The 5.7 HEMI has been outfitted with JBA shorty headers, 2.5 full emissions compliant exhaust, cold air kit and is cooled by a true 2 core aluminum radiator with a 16" electric fan.
The Transfer case was rebuilt and a Teraflex SYE kit was installed along with a Teraflex 2 LOW Kit as well. With this set up, you can put it in LOW Range in 2WD.
This was one of the owners personal jeeps. 112K original miles on the chassis before the conversion. New fenders were installed, as well as replaced the Heater Core during the build. Jeep is solid, frame is solid.
The Jeep just recently had the 'Hot Rod" exhaust system re crafted with Heavy Metal Catalytic Converters, rear O2 sensors and the ECU retuned so that the Jeep is now fully emissions compliant. No Codes, No Lights on the dash.
The Jeep was used as a Demo Rig and Trail Rig for the shop. It has been fully tested on the trails including Windrock Offroad Park in TN and Harlan KY too!
